We are an award-winning interdisciplinary practice, operating in fields of architecture, interiors, sustainability and urbanism. Established in 2009 under the creative direction of architect T. Dhanasekar, we believe that architecture and sustainability is about creating a lasting positive impact on our surroundings and our planet. We therefore measure our projects on the impact they create both functionally and aesthetically.
We aim to create a lasting social, economic and environmental effect with everything that we take upon us and we always consider our projects in a local, regional and global context, creating societal value beyond brief and client.
We are equipped with skills of delivering projects based on management of both design and construction teams. All our design works reflect progressive innovation and consistent research.
T. Dhanasekar carries a Bachelors degree in Architecture from Sathyabama Institute of Science & Technology, and a Masters degree in Sustainable Urban Planning from Glasgow School of Art, United Kingdom. He is always keen in researching constantly to improve the overall built environment. His commendable skills with computer tools and speed in delivering design documentations are vital in meeting today's pace of construction.

Every project we deliver is modelled, not just drawn. Our in-house BIM team builds federated architectural, structural and MEP models in parallel with design, so clashes are caught on screen long before they become problems on site — wherever in the world that site happens to be.
We work to ISO 19650 information management standards across LOD 200 to LOD 500, producing coordinated documentation, quantity take-offs and 4D construction sequencing that international consultants, contractors and clients can build from with confidence, regardless of time zone.

RC, steel and composite framing modelled to LOD 350–400 with reinforcement detailing and connection design, fully linked to analysis models for live design coordination.
HVAC, plumbing, fire and electrical systems routed and modelled to LOD 350–400, clash-tested against architecture and structure before a single duct reaches site.
